| Note: Ashtanga Yoga is traditionally practiced six days per
week with the exception of
new and full moon days; additionally for women, rest
is recommended during menstruation as inversions
(headstand, shoulder stand, downward dog, etc.) should be avoided. Drink plenty of water before and after class, but not during class. You need an empty stomach for Ashtanga yoga, so not eating for 2 hours before class is recommended. See class description for cost and other specifics. |
